When casting ballots in the Billings city elections this year, there is just one question: Can we trust our leaders to be transparent, tell the truth, and listen to the public? For us, Jennifer Owen is the clear answer for mayor.
On City Council, Jennifer has been a watchdog for taxpayers. She’s pushed for stronger oversight of public dollars and worked to make sure money is spent wisely on infrastructure and services that matter. She’s not afraid to ask hard questions or demand accountability.
But what sets her apart is her collaborative style. Jennifer believes that local government should give residents a real voice. She listens, she engages, and she values input from across the community. That’s the kind of leadership Billings needs right now: steady, open, thoughtful, and focused on results.
Too often, people in Billings feel disconnected from City Hall. Jennifer has a proven record of bridging that gap. She has the integrity and experience to lead with both strength and humility.
We are proud to support her campaign for mayor because we believe she will bring the transparency and leadership Billings deserves.
