As a City Council member, Jennifer has tackled public safety, fiscal responsibility, and system reform head-on. She has worked with local leaders to launch Montana’s first Family Justice Center to combat domestic violence, participated in a countywide task force on jail expansion, and ensured that critical budget resources were prioritized for safety first.  She has sponsored multiple initiatives to improve Council oversight of tax dollars and worked to invest wisely in core infrastructure throughout the city.  Jennifer understands that building a stronger Billings starts with transparency, collaboration, and results—not rhetoric.

Like many residents, Jennifer is deeply concerned about rising crime, high property taxes, and housing affordability. But she also sees a city on the edge of extraordinary opportunity.
